Our Story

Baked fresh daily,
served with heart.

At Ginnies Bakery, we believe that the best moments in life begin with something simple and delicious. For years, we've been a cornerstone of the Manassas community, offering a warm escape from the everyday.

From our signature sourdough to our elaborate celebration cakes, every item is crafted from scratch using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients. We invite you to pull up a chair and stay a while.
